Case Study #2 - Executive Decision Framework Redesign and Strategic Visual Storytelling

·       A function leader (senior director) in a large Pharma company needed to transform their presentation on a decision-making process to present to higher management. This was their third attempt to rework this presentation to convey the message effectively. The function lead needed to both streamline the description of the newly proposed decision-making process and present this work to higher management.

·       Re-engineered the initial complex Excel-based clinical trial planning decision-making process into executive-level visual decision trees.

·       Collaborated with 2 function heads to generate slides that can be used for onboarding/training for clinical teams, allowing for institutionalised decision-making and supporting consistent clinical planning.

·       Allowed the function head and process owner to secure endorsement from higher management and improved the confidence of higher management in the new proposed framework.
